The facilities here were great, 🙌 and you can park for free on-site. the host was super friendly and even arranged a late check-out for us.

our stay at the apartment in pamporovo was exceptional. the spacious rooms and warm atmosphere exceeded our expectations. the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. definitely a memorable experience exploring the coast.

Bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

The location of the apartment was great, providing easy access to the slopes and ski-to-door convenience. the spaciousness of the apartment was also a big plus, allowing for a comfortable stay. having a cozy fireplace in the apartment was a nice touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The construction work seemed sloppy and poorly executed, with fixings on the walls coming off and loose electrical sockets. the cleanliness of the apartment also left something to be desired, with leftover used shampoo bottles in the bathroom tub from previous guests.

We had a fantastic stay here at this place. The location was perfect, right on the street and very close to the ski slopes. We loved being able to walk to the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing without any hassle. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including an in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and we enjoyed relaxing in the bar/lounge area after a long day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we were very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

During our Christmas ski trip, we enjoyed the convenience of having easy access to the pistes and a well-stocked supermarket nearby. the ski resort staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our experience was marred by logistical challenges. the building only had escalators going upwards, making it difficult for elderly guests and impossible for disabled or mothers with cribs to move around the hotel.

This hotel apartment is super amazing as it is located right next to the main ski lift at Studenetz. The location is very convenient as it is near to ski slopes and provides transportation which is excellent. The cleanliness of the room is great with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities such as the spa, sauna, swimming pool, and bowling are perfect and there is also parking available.

My recent stay at the Grand Monastery was fantastic. I stayed for a week for a ski vacation. The staff, especially Mariela at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with direct access to the slopes. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The Mahana restaurant was excellent. The spa center, complete with pool and sauna, was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The massages from Tania and the Philippine masseur were top-notch.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
